Take a Tree Walk

K-2nd GRade

This program takes your class to visit the trees
on campus and provides hands-on exploration
of various tree characteristics.

Jr. Tree Stewards

3rd-5th GRade

This program allows your class to explore the benefits of trees through hands on scientific experiments.


Tree Predators

6th-8th Grade

This program includes an in-classroom
lesson on the emerald ash borer beetle followed by a tree planting on the school’s campus. The program is designed to increase student awareness, knowledge, and appreciation of the environment, specifically trees and the urban forest by focusing on a current issue involving the negative impacts of an invasive species on our local forest.

Plant a Tree

9th-12th Grade

Your class will learn how to plant and care for
a tree seedling and learn the details about
that particular tree.
