We depend on volunteers to help us achieve our mission of enhancing our urban forests. We need volunteers for these upcoming events:
- Tree Planting with Hands On Nashville, September 23, 2017
- Taking Root Workshop, October 21, 2017
- ReLeafing Day, November 18, 2017
- Tree Planting with Friends of Riverside Drive, December 2, 2017
- Tree Trail Docent Program (dates throughout the year)
- Watering and tree care (dates throughout the year)

Hands on Nashville Day
September 23, 2017
Our Green Shirt Volunteers (contact us) will help train and supervise tree plantings at 15 Metro Schools during Hands on Nashville's Day of Service. Volunteers are needed to plant trees and daffodils.

ReLeafing Day is the Nashville Tree Foundation's fall planting, held every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

Riverside Drive Tree Planting
December 2, 2017
Cherry blossom trees line the median of Riverside Drive in memory of fallen soldiers. Help plant 55 trees to complete the median project planting this year. Meet at 9:00am at Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints at 1240 McGavock Pike. Register below.
